Outbound Purchasing via Third-Party Checkout
Ecovoq India uses Shopify to process orders. When you click "Buy Now" on a product, you will be taken to that product's Shopify checkout page in a new tab to complete your purchase. This website itself does not collect payment details or process transactions — all order, payment, shipping and refund handling happens on Shopify under its own applicable terms.
Product Information
We make a genuine effort to keep product names, descriptions, materials and images accurate. Small variations in colour, texture or finish are natural in bamboo and other natural-fibre products and are not considered defects.
Pricing
Prices shown on this website are indicative and may differ slightly from the final price shown at Shopify checkout due to applicable taxes, shipping charges, or timed offers. The price displayed at checkout is final.
Shipping
Shipping timelines and charges are managed and displayed at the Shopify checkout stage. We currently offer free delivery across Kerala on eligible orders as noted on product and offer listings.
